This slow-cooked duck ragù is crafted from duck legs, gently cooked until the meat falls from the bone, then broken down and folded back through the rich, savoury sauce. Mini capers add little bursts of salty tanginess. No additives, no thickeners – just honest, handcrafted goodness.

Served with fresh egg pappardelle from The Fresh Pasta Company, handmade locally in Morningside.

Single serve, ready to pop in the microwave. Just top with freshly grated parmesan and dig in.

To Cook

FROM DEFROSTED:

Microwave: Heat for 1-2 minutes, stir, then heat for another 1–2 minutes.

Ensure it’s piping hot before serving.

FROM FROZEN:

Microwave: Heat for 2-3 minutes to loosen, stir, then heat for another 2–3 minutes.

Give it a good mix & ensure it’s piping hot before serving.

Microwaves may vary, please adjust heating times if necessary.

Top with freshly grated parmesan for the perfect finish.

  • Meals from Mr P's Kitchen will be hand delivered frozen to your door on your selected day by yours truly (yes I am a one man band just now). Frozen Meals are available for delivery Mon-Fri.
  • Desserts & cookies by Sticky Delicious are cooked to order & delivered fresh on Thursdays & Fridays.
  • You can select your preferred delivery day & time when you add to cart. While I can't guarantee your requested time due to route optimisation, I'll do my best to schedule your delivery for your convenience.
  • If you won't be home to receive delivery just leave out an esky & I will drop your order off in the esky to keep it out of reach of the pesky bugs & weather.
