As a one-man operation, developing new meals takes time. Each dish is carefully tested and refined to meet high standards. After years hunting haggis in the misty Scottish hills he traded the dreich (a Scots word for dull, grey & rainy) weather for Brisbane sunshine eight years ago. He brings a world of experience from Michelin-starred London kitchens and award-winning gastropubs to your plate.
Inspired by years working in top restaurants and travelling the globe, Ryan’s passion for bold flavours and top-quality ingredients shines through in every dish.
