Tender potatoes are tossed with a bright, zesty dressing made from slow-cooked onions infused with tangy vinegar & earthy cumin. Finished with green onions, fresh herbs, grain mustard, and a touch of Extra Virgin olive oil.
Pairs beautifully with ham, roasts or seafood.
It’s a lighter, fresher twist - completely gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, and free from mayo or eggs, but still full of flavour.

Planning your Christmas feast?
A good rule of thumb is to allow about 100-150g of each salad per person if you're serving 3-4 different salads.
More dishes = less salad needed
Fewer dishes = pile it high, it's Christmas after all! 🎄

Christmas Delivery info:
- Available by pre-order only for delivery in Brisbane on selected days in December
- Orders close on 19th December 2024 or once I reach capacity
- Last deliveries and will be made on December 24th
- Pick up is available on the morning of 24th December from the hire kitchen in Mansfield
You can select your preferred delivery day & time when you add to cart. While I can't guarantee your requested time due to route optimisation, I'll do my best to schedule your delivery for your convenience
When pre-ordering from the Christmas collection please don't add any items from other collection to you cart in the same transaction. If you wish to order other products at the same time please create a seperate transaction for them due to different delivery restrictions.
