This pasta is delivered frozen — for best results, defrost in the fridge overnight before cooking.
Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil. Season generously with salt — about 8 grams per litre.
Gently add the fresh egg pasta, giving it a stir to keep it from sticking.
Cook for around 4 minutes, until perfectly al dente.
Drain well and plate immediately with my rich, flavour-packed Bolognese sauce.
Chef’s Tip: A well-salted pot makes all the difference — aim for 8g of salt per litre of water to bring out the pasta’s full potential.
