My legendary Sticky Toffee Pudding, reimagined with a Christmas twist: packed with plump dried fruits and infused with warming festive spices like cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and clove.
It’s rich, comforting, and beautifully spiced - but lighter and far more crowd-pleasing than a traditional Christmas pudding.

Large is approximately 23cm diameter. Serves 8 generous portions or up to 12 small portions. Comes with two pots of extra sauce on the side.
Medium is approximately 16cm diameter. Serves 4 generous portions or up to 8 small portions. Comes with one pot of extra sauce on the side.
Small is approximately 220g. Perfect for two, but let’s be real... one person could absolutely demolish it. Doesn't come with extra sauce on the side but is loaded as much as possible.

Heating instructions:
For best results: Transfer pudding to a microwaveable dish/plate.
Heat pudding in microwave for 2-3 minutes or until hot. Do not Microwave too long or it may burn on the inside.
Alternatively:
Heat in the foil tray in a pre heated oven at 160°C for about 20-30mins or until hot.
Heat sauce separately in microwave for 30 seconds - 1 minute or until hot. Be careful of hot contents.
Pour sauce over pudding once served.
Storage:
Store in fridge and best used within 5 days. Can also be frozen for up to 3 months.
We recommend serving with a good Vanilla ice cream or fresh cream! Or for some extra indulgence chuck some of your favourite tipple in the sauce - Rum/Brandy/Whisky works well.

- Available by pre-order only for delivery in Brisbane on selected days in December
- Orders close on 19th December 2024 or once I reach capacity
- Last deliveries and will be made on December 24th
- Pick up is available on the morning of 24th December from the hire kitchen in Mansfield
You can select your preferred delivery day & time when you add to cart. While I can't guarantee your requested time due to route optimisation, I'll do my best to schedule your delivery for your convenience
When pre-ordering from the Christmas collection please don't add any items from other collection to you cart in the same transaction. If you wish to order other products at the same time please create a seperate transaction for them due to different delivery restrictions.
