Beef Cheek Massaman Curry

Slow-cooked beef cheek, braised until fall-apart tender in a rich, aromatic Massaman curry made with coconut milk, roasted peanuts, warming spices, potatoes and onions. This Thai-inspired classic is mildly spiced, deeply comforting and full of flavour.

Serve with fluffy jasmine rice, coconut rice or warm roti to soak up every last drop of the rich curry sauce.

To Heat

DEFROSTED: Heat in microwave for 3-5 minutes or until piping hot.

FROZEN: Heat in microwave for 5-7 minutes or until piping hot.

Microwaves may vary, please adjust cooking times if necessary, the important thing is to make sure it’s piping hot.
