ginger biscuit base: tapioca starch, raw cane sugar, chickpea flour, golden syrup, rice bran oil, treacle, ginger powder, raising agent(sodium bicarbonate), vegetable gum(Guar Gum)

Chocolate Salted Caramel Pot

    The two sides to Gemini chocolate cake.

    For a Rich & Delightful Treat:

    Enjoy at room temperature. Remove from the fridge about an hour before devouring (if you can wait that long, but trust me! it's worth the wait!).

    For Warm & Gooey Bliss:

    Warm a slice in the microwave for 10-20 seconds (or until you see just the right amount of delightful ooze).

    Storage:

    Can't resist temptation? No worries we understand. But if you have some willpower or for some reason have some leftovers, store it in the fridge to keep it fresh.

    Best used within 3 days.

  • Sticky toffee pudding

    Heating instructions:

    For best results:

    Transfer pudding to a microwaveable dish/plate.

    Heat pudding in microwave for 2-3 minutes or until hot. Reduce time to 1-2 mins for small size. Do not Microwave too long or it may burn on the inside.

    Alternatively:

    Heat in the foil tray in a pre heated oven at 160°C for about 15-20mins or until hot. Reduce time to 10-15 mins for small size.

    For sizes that come with an extra tub of sauce, Heat sauce separately in microwave for 30 seconds - 1 minute or until hot. Be careful of hot contents.

    Pour sauce over pudding once served.

    Storage:

    Store in fridge and best used within 5 days. Can also be frozen for up to 2 months.

    We recommend serving with a good Vanilla ice cream or fresh cream!

  • White chocolate & ginger cheesecake

    For best results we recommend taking out of the fridge about 30 minutes before eating, so that its almost at room temperature.

    Storage:

    Store in fridge to prolong shelf life, best consumed within 3 days.
